In the event of a dispute, customers who are consumers have the option of conducting an online conciliation procedure with the involvement of a recognized conciliation body on the EU portal "Your Europe" at (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/index_de.htm).

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution in accordance with Article 14 (1) ODR Regulation (OS), which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
The online dispute resolution procedure is not a mandatory requirement for calling competent ordinary courts. Rather, it is an alternative way to resolve differences that may arise in the context of a contractual relationship.

We are not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a recognized consumer arbitration board.
