Payment options

Purchase on account

You will receive an invoice from us by e-mail and pay the invoice amount conveniently by bank transfer. When paying on account, we obtain information about your creditworthiness from a service provider in order to assess our credit risk. You can avoid an evaluation of your creditworthiness by selecting another payment method. If the evaluation of your creditworthiness is sufficient for us, we will deliver the goods immediately. You pay the invoice conveniently upon receipt with a payment term of 14 days. The option to pay by invoice will be confirmed or rejected by us within 24 hours after receipt of the order.
Please note: The purchase on account option is only available from a shopping cart value of over 75,99€.

Payment by credit card or Maestro (via Paypal Plus)

Payments by credit card or Maestro are processed by our payment partner PAYMILL or PAYPAL according to current security standards. If you pay by credit card, your account will be charged when your order is shipped.

Payment with Amazon Pay

Easy and secure via your Amazon account. Your payment is made via the payment method stored in your Amazon account. You can also view payments at pay.amazon.com.

Pay with Sofortüberweisung

Easy and secure via your online banking. The transfer is made directly and according to TÜV-certified security standards through our online payment partner Sofort AG.

Pay with PAYPAL

Uncomplicated and direct for all customers who have a PAYPAL account.

Payment in advance (prepayment)

Please transfer the invoice amount (bank transfer or payment slip) to our bank account, stating your order number. You can find our bank details either on the invoice or in the order confirmation. After receipt of your bank transfer you will receive a confirmation of receipt of payment by e-mail from our accounting department. The product will then be shipped according to the shipping details below. The payment term for payment in advance is 14 days.

Shipping:

Items will be shipped by mail or via postal service (DHL package) if a physical product is ordered. Shipping by e-mail is free of charge.

Prepayment: Order will be shipped after payment has been received.

Shipping costs within Germany are 4,99 Euro via DHL. For items shipped within the EU, shipping costs are 9.99 euros. Delivery will be made by DHL.

Orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary.

Delivery time (physical shipping):
within Germany: 1 - 2 workdays
within Europe: 4 - 6 workdays

In case of delivery delays you will receive an immediate feedback by mail within 24 hours. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent alternative or refund your money.

The delivery period ends depending on the delivery status on the following day. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.

In case of delivery delays we will inform you immediately. In this case you will receive an e-mail from us or, if a telephone number has been provided, a message about the current delivery status and a new delivery date.

The transmission of this data is encrypted and unreadable for outsiders using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) from VeriSign, a security standard that is supported by all common Internet browsers. You can recognize the security status by the suffix "s" in the first part of the address ( "https://" instead of "http://" ).
