Customers who are consumers have the option of conducting an online dispute resolution procedure on the EU portal "Your Europe" at (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/index_de.htm) with the involvement of a recognized arbitration body.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO (OS), which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
The online dispute resolution procedure is not a mandatory requirement for recourse to the competent ordinary courts. Rather, it is an alternative way of resolving differences that may arise in the context of a contractual relationship.

We are not prepared to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a recognized consumer arbitration board.
