Payment options

Prepayment

If you select the payment method "Prepayment", we ask you to transfer the invoice amount in advance. After receiving your payment, we will ship your order within 24 hours.

Invoice

Our "purchase on account" payment option offers you convenient processing of your purchase. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to pay the invoice amount. Please note that this option is subject to a credit check and may not always be available.
The "purchase on account" payment option is only available from a shopping cart value of €75.99.

Shipping

We attach great importance to the speedy and problem-free delivery of our articles to our valued customers. You can choose between delivery by e-mail or by post (DHL parcel). Shipping by e-mail is free of charge for you. Our customers can rest assured that we always endeavor to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

Shipping costs within Germany are 4.99 euros, shipping within the EU is 11.99 euros.

*Depending on the weight, value and sensitivity of the shipment, we decide whether it is sent as a consignment or insured.

Delivery time

We always endeavor to deliver on time and will notify you by e-mail within 24 hours in the event of delivery delays. If an item is no longer available, we will either offer you an equivalent alternative or refund the purchase price. Please note that the delivery period depends on the current delivery status and is extended by one working day if the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. We will always endeavor to inform you of the current delivery status and provide a new delivery date to ensure smooth delivery of your order.
