Customers, who are consumers, have the possibility of conducting an online arbitration procedure in the event of a dispute on the EU portal "Ihr Europa" at (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/index_de.htm) with the assistance of a recognised arbitration body.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO (OS), which you can find athttps://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/find it.
The online conciliation procedure is not a mandatory requirement for calling the competent courts. Rather, it is an alternative way of eliminating differences that may arise within the framework of a contractual relationship.
We are not prepared to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a recognised consumer arbitration body.
